Chicken Stir Fry
Winner winner chicken dinner. Make your own stir fry it is way cheaper and much better for you!
Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
onion powder
garlic powder
salt & pepper
2 tsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. lite soy sauce (low sodium version)
3 T. honey
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. srirachia
12 oz. frozen stir fry vegetables (cooked in the microwave)
8 oz. twice the fiber spaghetti noodles (If you are watching carbs sub zucchini noodles.)
Slice two chicken breasts and mix with 1 T. flour, sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Heat 2 tsp. of olive oil in an electric skillet or a pan on the stove.
Brown the chicken until cooked through. Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute stirring.
Next add in all remaining ingredients. Cook for about 5 minutes until a sauce forms. Serve over cooked pasta, or zucchini noodles.
