Healthy Burrito Bowls



Ingredients:


Black beans I made in the instant pot.
corn
diced jalapeno
tomatoes
bell pepper
red onion
avocado.
salsa
chicken I beat out thin and then cooked in a little olive oil and seasoned with Weber brand roasted garlic and herb seasoning.


On the side: whole wheat pita filled with Mexican blend cheese and broiled in the oven for 2-3 mins each side.
