Whole wheat biscuits

102 calories 3.6g protein 2.5g fat

2 c. White wheat flour
1 T. Wheat gluten
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp. Baking powder
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl combine:
1 c. Nonfat plain yogurt
2 T. Olive oil
6-8 T. Of milk depending on consistency, until a soft dough forms.
Mix wet ingredients with dry. Don't overmix.
Pat out with your hand and cut. I get 13 biscuits from this recipe.
Bake at 350 until slightly browned. *These cook best in a metal pan.
