Peach Protein Waffles
I posted this meal prep a while back and had people ask for the waffle recipe so wanted to post it here. 8 grams of protein per waffle. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 c. white wheat flour
2 T. unbleached cane sugar
1 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 t. baking powder
1 c. skim milk
1 container of peaches and dragon fruit with chia seeds
Pour everything into the blender and blend until smooth. Make sure to spray the waffle maker with cooking spray since these are lowfat.
Makes 10 waffles.
*This is the peach mixture I used. I purchased them in a two pack at Kroger.
