Cashew Butter Protein Bars



Ingredients used


240 calories, 13.7 fat, 7.8 protein

INGREDIENTS:
1/4c. Cashew butter
1 T. Coconut oil
1/4 c. Brown rice syrup
1 scoop natural vanilla whey protein
1/2c oats
1/4 c. Brown rice cereal
Heat brown rice syrup for 1 minute with 1 T. Coconut oil in the microwave. Stir in cashew butter. Pour remaining ingredients into bowl and mix well. Pour into greased pan and smash down well with spatula. Freeze for 5-10 minutes to firm them up. Store in fridge or freezer.



The recipe makes 4 servings. Feel free to double or triple the recipe.
