Energy Bites

Sweets are life. And while weight training sometimes I need a little pick me up that is NOT Oreos. These hit the spot for me and help with my sweet tooth, while still being packed with fiber and protein.



Energy bites:

1.5 c. of quick oats
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c. flax meal
1/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. honey
1 T. of water if need to blend everything together

Combine everything and then scoop with a cookie scoop or roll into balls. Store in the fridge.
