Sunday Meal Prep
This weeks prep included:
Chocolate zucchini muffins

Instant oatmeal jars
1/3 c. instant oats
cherry flavored cranberries
shredded coconut
cane sugar
sprinkle of salt
2nd flavor for the kids
1/4 c. quick oats
mini semi sweet chocolate chips
cane sugar
sprinkle of salt
Omelet supreme
8 medium eggs
1/2 c. milk
garlic powder
onion powder
salt & pepper
diced mushrooms, jalapeno, and red bell pepper
sharp cheddar, shredded
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except cheese in a bowl and pour into the prepared pan. Top with shredded cheddar. Bake until slightly browned around the edges and the eggs are set.
Rice crispie treats
Cashew cherry granola bars
1/4 c. sunflower seed butter (can sub peanut butter or any nut butter)
1/3 c. brown rice syrup
1 c. quick oats
1/3 c. cherry flavored cranberries
1/4 - 1/3 c. cashews
mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a small sauce pan melt the nut butter and syrup. In a separate bowl combine all the dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Line an 8 x 8 pan with wax paper. Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients in the bowl. Pour into the prepared pan and press the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top of the bars. Let the bars set and store in an airtight container.
