Lazy Egg Roll Bowl

240 calories, 6.5g fat, 19.6g protein



It is almost too simple to type up, but I bought a handy little bag of cauliflower hash (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green onions) and threw together a quick meal.


Ingredients:
1 bag of cauliflower hash
1/2 lb. turkey breakfast sausage, ground
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. sriracha
1/2 tsp sugar
salt, and pepper to taste

Brown your breakfast sausage then add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 additional mins. Add in hash, soy sauce, sriracha, sugar, salt and pepper. I like mine to have a little texture, so I cooked it for 5 mins or so with the lid on top.

Wonton chips: Coat a pan with cooking spray. Place wontons on the pan and spray another coat on top of them. Bake at 400 until brown and crispy. Watch them close as it doesn't take long. Enjoy!
