Black Bean Brownies

                                                       Super fudgy black bean brownies. Yes, they have sugar but they are low-fat with a side of fiber. Sub out the flour for gluten free oat flour to make it allergy friendly! You can sub Swerve for a sugar free version. Try not to eat the whole pan. Go on. Just try and resist. 1 - 15 oz. can black beans drained and rinsed 2 medium eggs 1 T. coconut oil, melted 2 t. vanilla extract 1/2 t. butter extract 3 T. water 1 c. Zulka cane sugar 6 T. cocoa powder 1/2 t. baking powder 1/4 t. salt 1/4 c. flour (can sub oat flour for gluten free version) 1/3- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool before cutting.
